[April 25, 2025, Hangzhou] Taking advantage of the Auto Shanghai 2025, Geely Auto invited more than 300 international media, dealers, and representatives of the Federation of Industry and Commerce to participate in the Geely Global Intelligent Mobility EXPO held at its headquarters in Hangzhou. Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle showcased its flagship product, Homtruck, and star product, Farizon SV, attracting high attention from international guests with disruptive product design and excellent performance.
This Thursday, Farizon SV showed up during Geely global test drive event for overseas media, earning widespread praise for its impressive performance across various test drive scenarios, including track and road tests. As an electric large VAN exclusively developed by Farizon, its robust product capabilities offer users an efficient, comfortable, and versatile driving experience comparable to that of passenger vehicles.
Homtruck, developed over six years by Farizon’s global R&D team, is rooted in China and serves the world. It features bold design, architecture, and technology innovations: the wedge-shaped head aerodynamic design achieves 0.343Cd ultra-low aerodynamic drag for the entire vehicle, while the intelligent living cabin provides drivers with a “mobile home.” Highly integrated amenities such as a large electric sleeper cab, an independent bathroom, and a smart kitchen combine to fulfill all work, entertainment, and lifestyle needs.
A journalist commented, "The exterior of Homtruck is full of technology, making it a future heavy truck. The 660 kWh large-capacity battery enables a range of over 600 km with ease, and the energy consumption per kilometer is surprisingly as low as 1-1.2 kWh, delivering excellent energy-saving performance."
In terms of power, Homtruck adapts to multiple new energy power modes such as pure electric and methanol REV. Based on actual usage scenarios, it matches the most efficient and energy-saving power combinations, delivering ultra-long range and ultra-low costs. The Homtruck methanol REV can achieve a range of up to 1,500 km, enabling full-scenario coverage for heavy trucks.
In October 2024, Farizon Homtruck methanol REV successfully challenged the Guinness World Record, completing the 1522.9 km mileage challenge with only one tank of green methanol, and the cost is only 1.034 yuan per kilometer. At Auto Shanghai 2025, Farizon also made a major showcase of the Homtruck methanol REV, winning praise from global media.
